Job Overview :
Lead NB counter business in China. Ensuring that our customers' experience in our counter is nothing other than OUTSTANDING, while motivating your team to meet company goals. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to leading your team to deliver OUTSTANDING customer service, implementation of brand and counter strategy, building and maintaining business relationship with landlord, in order to meet department and company objectives; and also P&L responsibility.
Key Accountabilities :
· Meeting or exceeding company goals ;
· Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance;
· Identify key issue/ opportunity of current counter operation;
· Plan and deploy annual counter promotion activity;
· Work out solution so as to further improve both category and NB's business;
· Ensure implementation of Brand & Counter strategy;
· Establish counter operation , customer service standard ; and also operation menu.
· Deploy counter staffs' training program
· Manage counter sales information system.
· With P&L responsibility
Job Skills Summary:
· University graduated
· 5 years experience in retail management,at least 2 years with managerial grade. Skin care , cosmetic counter management experience as plus

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Regional SGM on a daily routine basis.
- Personal Assistant to the Regional Sales General Manager, including calendar, travel, expense reports management, materials preparation required for various events and meetings.
- Work closely with the regional team for the maximum resource consolidation and info share. Maintain the current sourcing, documentation management system and optimize it as needed. Improve data base systems.
- Prepare a full Quarterly/Monthly Business Review Report to track against AOP and circulate to Senior Management.

Key requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above majoring in English, Foreign Trade or relevant.
- Minimum 3 years working experience with multinational companies, commercial experience preferred.

- Good PC skills, especially Microsoft office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
